What We Do
The Drua Foundation is dedicated to creating opportunity and change in Fiji. Our work spans rugby development, health and education, and social outreach and inclusivity. Through strategic initiatives and community partnerships, we create and deliver programs that will make a genuine difference to Fijian school children, families, communities and our future Fiji rugby stars.
Our activities are split across three pillars:
High Performance Pathways
Provide rugby development opportunities for talented young Fijian players so that they don’t need to move away from Fiji and leave their family/community behind at a young age to develop their rugby talent and career. Learn more

Utilise the influence of the Drua brand and players to deliver messaging through schools and communities promoting the benefits of sport, fitness and healthy lifestyle choices. Learn more
Social Impact
Create access to sport not previously available to rural and hard-to-reach villages/areas, bring communities together and promoting the importance of resilience, healthy hearts and minds, and gender/race inclusivity. Learn more
